1 of 5 Note in Special Instructions May 20, 2019
Reviewer: Elizabeth Leano from Lessburg, VA United States
i was not happy because the stamp has the city/county Loudoun on the stamp. this is the very first time i ordered a notary public supplies and for sure your company know that the city/county section should be left blank because this is not the only location i will be notarizing documents. my mistake was i typed Loudon and even put a note but I thought it was asking where i took my oath. it will be nice if an email was sent to confirm before customizing the stamp to make sure it’s correct especially for a new notary public. but of course you won’t do that because you are charging as well to get that option. i called even the person i spoke with wasn’t helpful and a bit rude. i hope you record conversions between your customer and your customer service rep. i went ahead just order a new one from a different company.

Hi, we had seen your note on the order requesting to change it to read County/City of Loudoun. We do get this request typically from when notaries are doing work in one location so they are not having to write it out each time. If the note in special instructions had not been included that we would have left it blank. When you placed your order, an email is sent with all of the information so you can see how we received the information to fulfill the orders. - Acorn Sales

1 of 5 Wanted a bigger stamp March 19, 2019
Reviewer: Lesly Chavez from Van Nuys, CA United States
Terrible. Never again. Its super tiny that ai can't even write and not inked. Even when I pressed very hard only half of the stamp prints.  It would had been nice for you to test it before sending it. I found cheaper places and yours was about $10.00 I thought maybe yours was better. Nope. Disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the stamp. This is the standard size that is used for supplemental notary stamps. It is a little over 1-1/2 x 2-1/4 in size so it is small but you often have very little room to notarize on a page. We do test the stamp a few times before we ship them. It might be the way you are palming the stamp if it is not giving you an even impression. The good news is that if you are simply not happy with the stamp it is a stock item and you are welcome to return it. We just need to know that it was not the size you wanted. You can simply respond to your order confirmation and our customer service team will send you a RMA. - Acorn Sales
