This second notice stamp comes pre-inked with red ink and that is just perfect because it stands out. If I had to order a separate ink pad I would have likely ordered red anyway. This is a great stamp for a great price.

This second notice stamp is necessary to have at my desk. I don't like to use but sometimes I have to. When I do, it works just fine for me. The red ink stands out on a normal printed page.
