Very good experience overall. There was a lot to select on the website and I did need something clarified, and the CHAT was most helpful. You all do a great job! I'm sure I will be ordering more from you in the future.

I ordered the embosser for 25 yr old grandson as a graduation gift (from college). He's quite a reader and receives our handouts while we're reducing our supply of books.
He noticed his grandfather's initials and thought that was "cool".... so gift idea clicked with us! He hasn't seen his yet, on a trip now~

Decided to order a handheld embosser for my dad for Father's Day-we've been adding to his book collection for years. I was hoping to find a small business to support and thought I might need to order extra early just to get it in time. But Acorn made the process so fast and easy! Ordering was simple and the choice of designs was great! I couldn't believe it when I got shipping and tracking info just a day or two after I placed my order. What I received was a beautiful piece of craftsmanship that my dad will treasure and use for his whole library. Can't wait to give it to him...I might not be able to wait until Father's Day! It works great! It makes a very clear and precise seal. Seems to be good quality and well made, and even came with a case. Arrived just days after I ordered, and very well packaged!

I am pleased with the embosser, and am thinking of ordering another one for work.
