In the last couple months, I have purchased a number of Professional Engineer eSeals. I typically receive the files in just a couple hours from the time the order is place. The eSeals have been 100% correct every time.

I have a lot of licenses.  I wanted to take advantage of a promotion to get electronic seals for 20+ licenses.  However, in a phone call in which I asked to be able to provide all of the information in a spreadsheet in an order, I was abruptly (not politely) told to enter them all in individually and manually into the website ordering.  That risks manual entry error that could have easily been avoided.  The real complaint is that the response was rather rude.  I ordered anyway, and glad that I reviewed each carefully, as there was one incorrectly done (not my mistake).  Not a good experience, though previous experiences with Acorn has been good.
