The description said the embosser had a 1.5" reach, but the embosser only has a 7/8" reach plus the size of the seal.  Customer service claimed that the reach includes the size of the seal, which doesn't make sense to me, and which doesn't match up dimensionally.

Hi Justin, I am sorry you feel that way. Within the marking industry, the typical measurement for the reach of an embossing seal is measured from the mid point of the seal to the edge of the page which for this embossing seal is approximately 1.5" inches into the page. - Acorn Sales

Reasonable prices, and so much easier to deal with than other websites I've encountered. I also really liked the fact they they provide a free, high-res digital copy of the seal with each purchase--came in handy and much better than waiting for the stamp to arrive, and then scanning an image. We will definitely use Acorn Sales for all PE seals!
