Purchased this embossing seal for an annual certificate mailing. There were no instructions included with this product. We barely made it through 200 impressions before the embosser barely made an imprint. We were informed that we needed to pay shipping to return the product that we had only had for 1 day and was not working. We are not impressed with this product. We are currently awaiting a replacement with hopefully better results.

I am sorry you are not happy with the embosser. You had ordered the embosser to be used with regular paper weight which we cut the dies accordingly. From our conversation, you used 200 times on the first day with thick gold foil seals and the insert bent. Your embosser is covered under warranty but it must be used for the paper weight it was made for. - Acorn Sales

table top design is great for the office, easy to use, doesn't take up a lot of space, our logo shows up very clear on our stickers!
