I ordered a hybrid book embosser for standard paper (top orientation) on a Saturday night. Sunday the proof was delivered to my inbox with a bottom orientation. On Monday I called the office and talked to a very helpful person and the proof was fixed to top orientation. It was made and sent out on Monday and I had it in hand by Thursday. It is well made and works as intended.

Perfect Gift ... Special but Practical!	June 10, 2020

I bought a personal embosser for my grand nephew as a HS graduation present. He, my nephew, and I worked on what to put on the embosser and it was executed perfectly. I have been giving personal embossers made by Acorn for years -- to some of my students and my relatives alike. It is something they can use for their lifetimes. Special but practical!

Two Custom Made Embossers	December 19, 2017

Incredibly helpful art department team giving great advice as I created two unique graphics for book embossers for my daughters. One a graphic of a bumble bee and another graphic of Merrick Butte in Monument Valley. They were vary patient with back and forth as I got the level of detail just right that would translate well to a book embosser. When I received the embossers they completely exceeded my expectations with their quality. Also, the hybrid embosser is VERY easy to emboss with; superior leverage for embossing.

The Art Department staff are very patient to listen my requests/changes. The final product is very nice. Exactly the same as what I specifically requested for.

Staff are very nice and helpful
