PE Stamps June 22, 2016
Reviewer: Dustin Wolford from Shawnee, KS United States
I ordered two self ink Maxlight stamps. One came in perfect. The other had ink all of the cap and when I took the cap off of it ink got all over my hands and papers. I tried cleaning the stamp but is was either over filled or it is leaking somewhere.

Thank you for letting us know. We will reach out to you about your stamp that arrived with ink all over it. - Acorn Sales

UPDATE - Acorn Sales took care of me and sent me a new stamp. I am completely satisfied with the service I have received and will continue to use Acorn Sales in the future.

1.  The indicator on top of the knob was 50 degrees off the direction of the stamp.

2. There needs to be a permanent mark on the body of the stamp that shows the exact direction that the stamp should face during use. It is lacking now with the result that the stamp can be off by 10 to 20 degrees during printing.  This is a serious deficiency.

3.  Rest everything is fine.

I am sorry you had trouble with the orientation of the stamp. The paper label at the top can shift but the Maxlight name faces you. It is a permanent mark on the stamp to show which direction you should stamp. Please make sure the Maxlight brand name faces you so you know how to stamp your plans.  - Acorn Sales
