"PAID" stamp is a good one to have around. It's nice to be able to mark a bill as paid instead of sitting in a pile of unpaid bills. After it gets the paid stamp it goes into the appropriate file folder keeping documents organized and put where they belong.

This is the stamp I like to use the most in my office because it means that someone paid their bill. It is a self-inking stamp that you get to choose the color for. I chose red so that it would stand out on the billing statement.
