D	Company Name: This is where the company name is printed again along with a line that states 'fully paid and non-assessable'
E	Left Signature Line: For the left hand side signature this is typically the Secretary or any other designation you may want
F	Right Signature Line: For the right hand side signature this is typically the president or any other designation you may want

Printed Stock Certificates are sent in a loose format, however we do offer a binding option (pictured below) where the stock certificates are permanently bound in a hardcover book with "Stock Certificates" gold printed on the front of the binder. Available for both printed and unprinted stock certificates.

Par Value is the nominal value of a bond, share of stock, or a coupon as indicated in writing on the document or specified by charter.

Authorized number of shares represents the maximum number of shares that can be issued legally by the company as stated in the company's charter.

The certificates were just what I wanted, arrived quickly and Thanks. The only thing I would suggest is that your website is not very user friendly. I had a hard time trying to get my order entered. Some of the terms were not that clear to me. Clean it up!
