Personal embossers & seals are really handy and immensely useful. Book embossers are great for personalizing ones' book collection, while other embossers are ideal for giving a touch of elegance to cards, greetings and letters. Personal library embosser, in turn is great if you want to distinguish your books from others. A personal embosser is the perfect personalized gift. With this personalized embosser you have a choice of 16 different imprint styles, which can be used for stationary, letterhead or books. The Desk Personal embosser is designed to produce impressions with less effort than our basic pocket embossing seals. The desk book embosser has a sliding locking mechanism which makes for convenient storage. The desk book embosser has a black finish and can either be used for one sheet of 20-24lb paper, or up to 40lb paper for light cardstock or envelopes. The seals reach is approximately 1-1/2" from the edge of the paper. Acorn's personal library embosser and seals, are available at extremely competitive prices.

Choosing Seal Orientation

When Ordering your embossing seal the orientation refers to what direction on the sheet of paper the embosser comes in from. We have an equal number of requests for Top and Bottom orientation. Embosser Orientation is what direction of the page you would like the insert to imprint from. Choosing a TOP ORIENTATION is for when you want your embossed image to come from the TOP of the page for example in the use of stationary applications. BOTTOM ORIENTATION will imprint from the bottom of the page, for example if you were embossing Envelope Flaps with an Address Embosser - you want to select a Bottom Orientation. Same is true for a LEFT or RIGHT Side Orientation.

Selecting Paper Weight

Our embossers are guaranteed to work on standard 20-24lb weight paper, however many designs will also emboss well on light-weight to medium-weight (40lb) cover stock or cardstock. The designs that will work the best on heavier paper will be smaller, simple designs WITHOUT a lot of text. Layouts that are larger, detailed, or have a lot of text can produce light or uneven impressions on heavier paper - if you require a special application it is strongly suggested that you send in a sample paper or contact us for help. We can not overemphasize to our customers that paper weights, styles and surfaces varies from supplier to supplier and that we can only guarantee the impression on a standard sheet of 20-24lb paper or on unlined envelopes.

You get exactly what you paid for as well as complete instructions about what to do in the event you are not happy with your purchase. Also, delivery time was quicker than the estimate. You really can’t ask for more .

Personal libary book embossers are very hard to find. When I decided to give one as a gift, it was difficult to find suppliers, until I happened upon Acorn. Eureka - a vast choice of personal embossers and a team that took care of both of my latest orders in both a personal and a professional manner. When the first order was not quite right, they corrected it with a minimal charge and while the turn-a-round time was so tight I was afraid I'd miss a birthday deadline, they shipped the replaement embosser cartridge with the correction even before I had a chance to sent the erroneous one. And, I get really neat and fun emails from the staff. A great company to buy from. And I will again. Everyone on my birthday and Christmas list is now expecting personal embossers and you know I'll be ordering all of them from Acorn!
