Attempted to purchase what I thought was a straight forward request. Customer service emailed me quickly and brushed me off saying they didn't understand what I wanted or what I purchased was not going to work as a round stamp when I wasn't even requesting a round stamp. No suggestion to call us. Guess not sales oriented. Got frustrated and will order elsewhere.
We are sorry you feel that way. We did not want to sell you something that was not going to be a good fit for your needs. We reached out since you sent us a picture about how you wanted your stamp to look with a round border shown. You ordered a date stamp that is rectangular. We emailed to see if you wanted to change your order or cancel it. We would have been happy to email you links but needed to know more about how you wanted to build your stamp. You had simply emailed us back requesting us to cancel the order ASAP, which we did. Please email our customer service team and let us know whether you were looking for a round date stamp or were just emailing the image to shown you wanted a border. - Acorn Sales
