I had an old handle from a brand not carried by Acorn, but a quick call let me know which insert would work for it. When I received the insert it didn't fit, but a fast conversation with customer service determined I had inadvertently been sent the wrong one. They quickly remade and resent at no extra cost to me, and the corrected version works like a dream!

fast delivery only problem is the round metal piece that gets pushed down is to high and my embosser wont lock shut.

There is always one side that doesn't imprint on the paper.

I received an entire stamp not just the insert I ordered...stamp is correct so I'm fine with it....but it was not what I ordered.
