Other than being nervous about the purchase of the right seal insert everything went well.  The customer service knew the questions to ask me thus alleviating my concerns.  The item arrived quickly and was easy to insert in my hand held device.

The seal insert was in excellent shape and gives a sharp impression. Unfortunately, with only two holes, it did not fit my desk set mount, so I had to re-order. If the website asked me upfront how many mounting holes were in my old insert (four) I could have purchased the correct insert (and not had to reorder). That was disappointing. But for that, I would have given the insert 5 stars.
