Besides being a popular official tool, monogram embossers, stamp embosser or pocket address embossers are a great way to have your personalized impression on anything. Because of their wide range, embossing seals can be used for different purposes. Our Combination Address / Monogram products combine both products into one unique personalized gift. Each Combination address / monogram product line features three initials on the first line, followed by additional lines of text that can be used for your address or any other custom wording you would like. Our combination address / monogram embossing plates measure 2" wide by 1" tall and the bottom two lines will accept up to 26 characters per line. The Pocket Address-Monogram is a handheld embosser that offers a heavy duty frame and precision parts for the finest impressions every time. An easy sliding lock mechanism makes for convenient handling and storage. This hand-held product has about a 1-1/2" reach from the edge of the page and is suitable for one sheet of 20-24lb paper. The text displayed below are just examples on our font styles we offer. We recommend no more than 26 characters per line (including spaces) on our address embossers; Longer lines of text will either need to be condensed or shrunk to fit the area which will impact the appearance of your embossed address. Please request a PDF proof prior to production if you have any doubts.

If you have a long address that contains over 26 characters we do have the option of splitting these into a fourth line for you. Combination Embossers are available in several different formats as pictured below for each font set. The Maximum area we have to work with on the die plates are 1" tall by 2" wide. Choosing Seal Orientation

When Ordering your address embosser the orientation refers to what direction on the sheet of paper the embosser comes in from. We have an equal number of requests for Top and Bottom orientation. Embosser Orientation is what direction of the page you would like the insert to imprint from. Choosing a TOP ORIENTATION is for when you want your embossed image to come from the TOP of the page for example in the use of stationary applications. BOTTOM ORIENTATION will imprint from the bottom of the page, for example if you were embossing Envelope Flaps with an Address Embosser - you want to select a Bottom Orientation. For Address Embossers using the 1" x 2" Die Holder Orientation is available only from the Top or Bottom.

Selecting Paper Weight

Our embossers are guaranteed to work on standard 20-24lb weight paper, however many designs will also emboss well on light-weight to medium-weight (40lb) cover stock or cardstock. The designs that will work the best on heavier paper will be smaller, simple designs WITHOUT a lot of text. Layouts that are larger, detailed, or have a lot of text can produce light or uneven impressions on heavier paper - if you require a special application it is strongly suggested that you send in a sample paper or contact us for help. We can not overemphasize to our customers that paper weights, styles and surfaces varies from supplier to supplier and that we can only guarantee the impression on a standard sheet of 20-24lb paper or on unlined envelopes.
