I have been licensed for a few years and didn't get a stamp madd until now because I thought it would be an annoying process. However, ordering and getting my stamp made through Acorn Sales was an easy and painless experience. Thank you for simplifying the process and for knowing the landscape architecture stamp requirements and my states requirements!! Also the status-update emails were great. Thank you!

Poor quality control	January 21, 2018

When I received the stamp, my immediate reaction was "wtf?"
1. A portion of the stamp was covered in black ink. (I was told by customer service that they ink test the stamp which I understand but why can't they wipe off all the ink before shipping it out?)
2. The plastic bag it came in was stuck to the square base of the stamp. I would suggest that if you are going to use a double sided adhesive to attach the round rubber stamp to the square base, cut around the round stamp. The square base will continue to remain sticky until it collects all the lint and dust in my desk drawer.

Thank you for your feedback. We do test the product before it ships. The exposed portion of the stamp is typically dusted with baby powder so that is should not have been sticky.
