Inconsistent Quality of Stamp	June 8, 2018

Different states come with different size stamps and some sizes, but not all, come with a cover for the bottom of the stamp. The stamp that is not covered is difficult to transport and use without getting ink everywhere.

The C-43 does come with a bottom dust cover. It sounds like you are referring to the professional seals. Professional seals are made to state standards so that your seal is not rejected by the Board office. Seal sizes typically range from 1-5/8 to 2 inches in diameter. The states that require the smaller seal size of 1-5/8 in diameter would go on a C-43 stamp which has the dust cover. Our supplier changed the design of the C-43 several years ago to include this cover but did not make the same design change with the C-50 or any rectangular stamp. The stamp I ordered--MaxStamp SI-C43--is the envy of the office. Unlike everyone else I don't get ink all over my fingers when closing it and it's comfortable in my hand. Plus the price was quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else. After I ordered my stamp I expected it to take several days but it arrived quite quickly. I was very impressed with my overall experience and the product I ordered.
