The USPS destroyed my stamper and I was delivered a package of plastic shards and ink.  Acorn promptly sent out a new stamper within two days.  Much appreciated.

I was sent someone else's pdf proof 3 days after the order was placed.  I also had to request the electronic seal which I did not receive until after I received the stamp in the mail.  Both issues were promptly resolved after a phone call and email.   The stamp itself seems to be good quality.
