The seal works fine, but it is set in the wrong alignment. When you imprint the seal, it is appears sideways on the paper. Also, the standard reach is very short, barely an inch from the paper's edge, so I wish I had bought the longer reach.

Hi, You had ordered the seal with bottom orientation, so you can only use it on the bottom of a page. If you were you seal on the left or right side of the page it would appear sideways as the orientation chosen when you placed the order was set to be used on the bottom of a page. These seals have an 1.5" reach into the page. Reach is measured from the center of the seal to the edge of the page. - Acorn Sales
