We have not yet received the product

Hi, I looked into your order. We shipped it on the same day we received the order. It looks like USPS attempted delivery on the 7th but since your office was closed they were not able to deliver the package. Based on the tracking we sent, it shows they will re-attempt delivery. - Acorn Sales
