1 of 5 Buy a Self-Inking Stamp instead May 4, 2017
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Chester, VA United States
I was very disappointed in this stamp.  Every time I use it the imprint looks different - sometimes blurry, sometimes too much ink, others not enough.  Even after I read responses to other reviews and the recommended way to use the stamp (quickly press down and lift up), I still cannot get a reliable impression. About every fifth stamp looks good.  I also purchased a self-inking stamp and absolutely love it and will stick with that type of stamp in the future.

Pre-inked stamp impressions will look different depending on how they are pressed. They take even pressure that is not too light and not too hard. We have some customers that love using slim stamps and others that cannot get the knack of pressing to get a great impression. Since you are local, please stop by the store and we are happy to help with slim stamping techniques. - Acorn Sales

2 of 5 Slim stamp February 1, 2017
Reviewer: Tamara DePaolis from Reston, VA United States
I love the size of this product as I have to travel for work and it is much smaller than other self-inked versions.  Unfortunately it does not appear that they raised the stamp outline enough so it tends to look smudged even with the lightest press.

Hi Tamara, pre-inked stamps will not have a raised stamp outline like a self inking stamp does. These stamps are flashed where is the image or text is burned into a rubberized membrane so the ink can seep through.  These stamps have to be pressed differently than a self inking stamp. It is more of a press and release motion as they longer they are on the page the more ink the stamp will release. I would suggest getting a blank sheet of paper to test it.  If you are still having trouble, please send us a picture of your stamped impression and we can work with you on getting a return merchandise form. - Acorn Sales

1 of 5 New notary stamps April 6, 2016
Reviewer: James Crowley from Woodstock, NY US
Very disappointed  at the three new notary stamps that I ordered and paid for came through this time with a simple generic Seal, as well as my notary information. Last time I ordered from you they came through with a very nicely detailed New York State logo,  In the seal along with my notary information much nicer presentation last time. I am very disappointed this time.

I am sorry you are disappointed but we made the stamp you ordered. I reviewed your order history and you ordered a 1097 slim stamp, the Combination Notary, this time which as shown in pictures on the website has a simple seal on the left. You have previously ordered the 1090 slim, the State Seal Notary which is a completely different product and does contain the state seal of New York. I will reach out to you in email as well but this time you simply ordered another product which is why it was different from your previous order. - Acorn Sales

5 of 5 Customizing Was Easy July 20, 2015
Reviewer: Effie Dove from Hanover, MD
When I first saw this self-inking stamp I didn’t realize how easy was going to be to customize. The process was very easy to fill in the blanks. The stamp arrived exactly as I had ordered it.

5 of 5 Happy With the Ordering Process May 23, 2015
Reviewer: Janet Eveland from Purcellville, VA
Customizable stamps are not always easy to buy or to get right. I purchased this one after I became a notary. I was pleased with the easy ordering process and even happier when my stamp arrived the way I ordered it.
