I picked up my order and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took the time to show me how to reload the ink and also advised that I could bring it in to have my stamp refilled with ink.  She answered all my questions. With people like her, I will definitely continue to purchase my Notary products with Acorn.

I paid for a proof to preview what my stamp would look like, and the proof had a typo in the text. They corrected the typo and sent me a second proof, which I approved, but when my stamp arrived it contained the type from the first proof.  Also, the impressions the stamp made were very inconsistent and of poor quality--dark around the edges and faint in the center--and the text was not crisp. I was very displeased with the product overall, especially because this company had been recommended to me by a couple of people.
