I called your serviceline last week to complain that my recently arrived embosser took two hands, and standing up, to get a readable impression. (I work out at the gym, in case you think I am a weak person.)  I have had several embossers along the way and never had one as difficult to use. At full strength, the impression is vague in spots, and I don't want to have to stand up to use the embosser.  Thanks for your help.

I ordered an address embosser for my new address, and it could not have been easier or faster. I had the embosser within a few days of ordering it. I bought the one for heavier paper, as I mostly use it for Christmas card envelopes and my last one was a bit faint. Works great!!!

I have the luxury of owning two homes. In the past, I had one embosser with insert for both address (and for the P.O. Boxes associated with each address). Not possible apparently with this product/supplier.  Needed to purchase the complete unit for each address versus having one or two complete sets and multiple inserts. Hoping the product lasts as long as the prior (different) product did (roughly 12 years).

We are sorry you feel this way, we stopped selling replacement inserts several years ago since our supplier stopped selling these this way - Acorn Sales

Best personal embosser on the market! I’ve searched the Internet and have yet to find anything that compares with Acorn’s selection of typefaces for monograms and return addresses. Prices are reasonable. Service is fast and professional and shipping is very prompt.

Excellent customer service to get the right embosser and then received a great embosser with a perfect font and perfect weight to emboss all our wedding invitation envelopes and everything else! Would definitely order from Acorn Sales again!

Love this desk-style as it is much easier for me to operate than the hand-held address embossed.  
Our son and daughter-in-law just moved and this is a Christmas gift for them.  I received in from a few years ago and have really enjoyed it!
