When making my order I made the mistake of ordering a professional seal with wrong state (I ordered GA instead of NC).  They re-did the electronic seal and sent it to me for no charge even though it was my mistake.

I ordered both seals on a Saturday thinking it would take 24 hours on a business day to be produced and delivered. To my surprise and delight, I received both seals on Monday morning at approximately 6 AM. This actually made a difference in allowing me to get an appraisal report out on Monday morning before noon with the required stamp in place. The three printing options allowed me to choose the format that my appraisal software recommended. Much appreciate the extra customer service!
