Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after it is placed?
  After an order is placed there is a window of time in which changes or cancellations may be made. Call us immediately at 804-359-0505 and please have your order number handy. If we are able to catch your order before processing has begun, then we can make the requested changes.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have actually shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service department at 804-359-0505 for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

How will I know that my order was processed successfully?
  You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your email confirmation in your inbox.
How do I upload artwork, signatures or graphics?
  Most of our products allow for custom artwork. Simply choose your product, fill out all of your information and order your item.  You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Simply reply to that email and attach your artwork.
