No billing department likes to issue a final notice but it is necessary. This stamp makes it easy to identify a document as the final one. The ink dries quickly so I can get through a stack of papers fairly quickly.

Great self-inking rubber stamp that makes a bold impression of the words Final Notice. The ink dries fast and that helps to keep it from smearing or transferring onto any other pages that I might be stamping next.
