Notary Stamp	July 20, 2023

I ordered two stamps. One was perfect the other was not. The second one included my notary commission number on it which is not required in NC. The rep contacted me for the notary commission number because I left it off my submission, however I did not want it to be printed on the stamp. I will not be able to use the second stamp.

Overall I am pleased with Acorns service.

I have used Acorn Sales for the last many years and they have always been reliable and correct and easy to work with. Not to mention the stamp comes in the mail the same week I order one. Well the last order was for 12 PE Stamps and they did an excellent job of sending me proofs and getting the orders out ASAP. Still got them within a week! I will continue to use Acorn Sales for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your hard work and customer service!

The customer service is PHENOMENAL!! There was a change to my order and I received very prompt service, with proof of order and delivery notices to boot!

I am very happy with Acorn, even though I have not ordered in awhile. I love the service!

I ordered 3 different stamps and told font type & size and centered and they was all wrong. When I reached out to get corrected I was they would;ld give me a 20%-33% discount to repurchase them. Very unprofessional and will not order again from this company.

Carla, I am sorry that you were unhappy with these stamps. Our goal is to make the order just as it was input. We would remake it if it was not made as ordered. If we were do this all over, I wish that you would have sent us stamped copies of the existing stamps you were wanting to match. We would have encouraged you to get a PDF proof and order larger stamps as what you wanted would not have been accomplished based on the size of the stamp mount ordered. We made the stamps as they were ordered with centered or left justified depending on the stamp, Arial font that is 14 point size and with all capital letters. The stamps are not eligible for return since they are personalized. We wanted to work with you about getting a larger stamp to fit your needs with a complimentary proof and discount on a larger set. - Acorn Sales
