The way that our order what handled was very disappointing!  Please review our back-and-forth email correspondence!

For your Customer Service Representative to quote your policy to me regarding personalized items; per my request for a full refund, when it was Acron’s fault for how everything was handled, is just unacceptable!

You guys are clueless regarding customer relations and I wouldn’t recommend Acron to any of my clients!

I ordered the product after 5pm and received the custom stamp in the mail less than 48 hours later. The website gave good examples of wording and font chooses.
This product also satisfies the requirements for the bank endorsement policies.
