I needed a replacement ink pad and I opened the Chat feature on the Acorn Sales website. They were able to help ensure I was ordering the correct replacement ink pad. I ordered it on Tuesday and had it by Thursday! They even followed up with me via email to make sure I had the correct one.

I have used my engineers stamp for several years without replacing a part so I was very concerned about the part replacement but it turned out to insert easily and operate just like a new stamp (after I washed and dried the whole thing). Sincere thanks.
