Received an extra long-reach embosser of good quality. However, this company does not allow for the redesign or replacement of the die insert, so if in the future you want to change the design of your seal, you will have to look elsewhere.

I was looking for a long arm, easy to use embosser. We have other ones that cost more and so hard to use. This is so nice. I made my image a bit bigger than I would have liked, but that's my fault. It's not bad. Just huge. Other than that, I cannot complain. Workmanship is fantastic.

Very pleased with my Acorn experience.  The Long Reach Custom Embosser is exactly what my agency was looking for.  Extremely versatile.  Cannot believe how quickly and thoroughly my order was handled.  I expected the process to take weeks, but within one, I had our agency logo on the embosser and at my desk!

My overall experience with Acorn was superior.

To begin, I was super pleased to reach a live representative to assist w/the item I was looking to order and was given direction on my purchase options.  

Response time was near-immediate with proof submittal and the friendly follow-ups (both VM and email) from the customer service team was appreciated; very thorough service.  

I paid by CC, received an electronic receipt immediately, and my order arrived expeditiously.  I had no need to use the tracking number provided w/my order confirmation; the product arrived that quick!

I do not have any suggestions for improvement and would order from/refer Acorn again without hesitation.  Well done!!!
