Unfortunately, we needed an embosser in a hurry. Our previous device had become misaligned. Had difficulty with the digital picture, but Rachael (?), was able to guide me through it in a few days and expedited our new embosser. Very thankful for her help.

The embosser I ordered replaced a hand held embosser that was quite old.  This desk top version is so much easier to use without much effort.  The size is great & the design is exactly what we asked for!

Excellent customer support through the custom artwork department. They are very responsive through their email communications. Rapid delivery of the finished product. Very pleased with the process. Thoroughly enjoying my embosser.  I would have given this 5 stars but there's always room for improvment.
