I had a custom embossment ordered and was happy with the service and final product as can be.  I opted to OK the design and glad I was able to tweak it a bit smaller.  the embossment works just I needed to mark the printmaking paper on my hand-printed etchings/mezzotints with my personal "chop".  Love the desktop version and it is easy to use.

The quality of my embosser was superior to the product I ordered from another company years ago. The shipping was super fast, but the communication between ordering and shipping were excellent. I didn't have to contact them regarding a single issue, they did a superior job. Website was very helpful in explaining the various seal embossers which did influence buying from Acorn vs the other information I had received from another company.
