I had received an embosser as a gift years ago but have moved and need replacement part with my new address. Wasn’t sure it it would be possible. Went online and found my embosser was still available and with replacement part.
Quality product and customer service! I had some questions when placing my order for embosser to make sure I ordered the right product. I spoke to a knowledgeable employee that helped me get the exact piece.
My order was shipped quickly and was exactly what I wanted!
Couldn’t be more pleased!

Good Product and Excellent Customer Service	April 20, 2020

I needed a new insert for an embosser I’ve had for many years. The design has changed over the years and the insert did not work in my handle. When I made customer service aware of the problem, they immediately sent me a new handle. The new inserts are no longer reversible, but are still good.

I was a little nervous as I didn't know how to take out the old plate and put in the new one. Customer service walked me through it! Also, very speedy service as I received the replacement in less than a week. Great company!

I purchased the desktop embosser years ago and love it. I write 3 letters a week and emboss my return address. It adds an elegant touch.
A recent move required new plates for my new address. Website was simple and easy to navigate.
Plates arrived 4 days later and are perfect.
The recipients of the letters all comment on the embossing.

This is our second insert (we keep moving) and they have both worked great!!! We use it to emboss our return address on all our correspondence which amounts to about 500 letters a year. Highly recommend
