I love my embosser, but I literally had to fight to place the order. Website is confusing and outdated. Phone number is hidden, and phone staff is unwilling to take an order.

I have purchased (3) embossers to date - one for me and for two of my children.  They work great and help us keep track of which book, of our personal libraries, is whose. Will order more in the future for my other children.  Acorn does a quality job in a very timely manner and customer service is very helpful.
