The seals I received are such low quality I can’t even use them. I was really hoping to use the DXF version but I cannot.

Hi Amanda, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your eseals. These are high resolution files that we send it out. We create the files in Corel and then export them out in the various file formats. It could be that the version of Cad you are using might not work well with the version of Corel. We are able to export these out in a different version or simply resend them as that solves the problem the majority of the time. Getting an electronic version of these seals comes in handy when doing paperwork online, sending emails, and emailing documents. I am glad that I have this seal and was able to get it with my name and state seal.

I like have an electronic image of my seal. It works great every time I need it I just pull up the JPG. The fact that acorn guarantees that the seal will meet my state's specifications is what got my attention.
