Not what I ordered	March 27, 2024

The item that I received was not what I ordered. I immediately sent a message to customer service after opening the package, but after a week, I still haven't received a response from them. So far it appears to function similarly to the product that I ordered, which is the only reason I'm not too angry. I'm not sure how well this product will hold up, and I should have received what I ordered. I do not think I will order from Acorn again.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We were not able to find an email from you. You received a premium Maxlight stamp, which is more expensive than the self-inking stamp. As stated on the product page, we make these stamps to the size required by the state. Most are round stamps that are between 1.5" and 2" in diameter. Some states, like Washington, require their seal to be so large that it will not fit on a self-inking stamp, so we have to upgrade it to a Maxlight Stamp. No complaints. Easy ordering process. The stamp arrived in a timely manner. The stamp was accurately made and is easy to use - no mess. Will order from Acorn again.

The seal provided by Acorn was very crisp and the self-inking worked very well (not too much or too little ink).

Their customer service was also very responsive and helpful.

Took a couple tries on my part to communicate the desired text, but the results are very nice. Highly recommend the PDF check print if your desired stamp is slightly different from the shown standard.
