Very happy with the seal and the service.  It would be nice to have a transparent digital version of the seal.  None of the formats provided were transparent, so I had to use a converter.  But in honestly, I have only needed a digital version since the covid restrictions started.

The price was good, and the delivery was on-time.  The product description did not do a clear job of explaining the limitation of how far the seal can reach in from the edge of the letter or drawing.  

Not a critical issue for me, as I can re-format my letters to put the signature near the bottom, but it would be nice if they had provided a diagram to make this limitation clear.

Thank you for the feedback and the suggestion for a visual showing what a 1-1/2 inch reach  looks like. We do put the reach limits on the product description and into the product highlights noting that this embosser has a 1-1/2" reach into a sheet of paper. - Acorn Sales
