Customer service was great! Website 'how can I help you' messages are annoying. My paper was sent with cardboard support that was so small, might as well done without it. Cardboard is like super cheap.  Slightly bigger and my paper wouldn't have bent.

Great product, with one flaw.  In order to fill in names, number of units, etc. form Needs to be made compatible to standard printers.  Its Hard to find a typewriter and lining it up by trial and error is  inefficient  takes way too long.
