I paid extra for 2 day shipping.  The product was shipped on Tuesday May 28, 2019 per your notification, and as of 1013am eastern time on June 4, I have not received it.  I should receive a credit from you.  


Mr. Becker- Your order was shipped on 5/28/2019 via UPS 2nd Day Air.  It shows as being out for delivery for today.  Please be aware that there are multiple UPS advisories over the last few days in your area for weather delays that might impact the shipment.  Please let us know if we can be of further assistance - Acorn Sales

I was hoping that buy buying a product made in the US would be better quality. Boy was I right!!!

I have other Embossers given to me by "bundle companies" for Corporate Seals. The HYBRID I purchased from you cost about the same of as those cheaper ones and it is OUT STANDING QUALITY!
