I was slightly disappointed with the appearance of the kit: It looks cheap. But, I don't need expensive leather with gold lettering. I'm the only one that will ever see or use it (I hope!)

Virginia is a commonwealth not a state. The certificates have "State of Virginia"

We purchased one of your more expenses packages. It was to come with bylaws and all. We did not get the bylaws or any other printed forms. We did get the certificates and certificate log.

Not the way we read the discription.

Very unhappy with the corporate kit for the following reasons:
1.) insert pages were blank
2.) company not embossed on the binder
3.) binder lacked character. Looks cheap
4.) Business seal needs include state and company ensigna
5.) tabs should be labeled and better quality paper
Hopefully these comments will allow you to update and grow business corporate kit.

All in all the kit was nice. The 2 issues I had were my business name on the spine of the binder. It was typed on a piece of white multipurpose copy paper and sloppily cut and slid on the spine liner. I expected much better. In the future use a high quality paper that matches the binder exactly. Pair it with a gold or silver ink. This should not increase unit price.

My second concern was the old farty smell. The paper a d binder smelled old. I expected either no fragrance or leather.
