I originally ordered the Notary Seal Impression Inker but wasn't satisfied.  It wasn't consistant on the seal making some parts too dark and other parts un-readable.  I requested to return the item and purchase the Self Inking Stamp of Notary Public Seal and am very pleased.  The returned item was credited back to our credit card.  Your customer service is great!
