delivered broken; poor quality

We received your insert back in store.  It was the most severely abused product we have ever received back in store. It was not sent out that way to you. It could not have been damaged that badly in transit to you. This could only have been caused by misuse but we repaired and shipped it back to you at no charge.  Please make sure that your insert is seated properly in the handle and used for it's intended uses only. - Acorn Sales

This is my 3rd order for notary supplies. Always great service and prompt delivery. When I need new supplies (when my notary has to be renewed) I look through my emails for Acorn, find the last time I renewed, and place my order. I’m sure there are other companies that provide this service, however, I am happy with the service I have been given so far.
