5 of 5 Right Price May 20, 2015
Reviewer: Mackenzie Garrido from Fort Belvoir, VA
I bought this stamp and a separate green ink pad to go with it. The price was right and the shipping was fast. It works really well, makes a clear impression, and alerts the medical staff to any potential problems a patient might have.

5 of 5 Works Very Well April 23, 2015
Reviewer: Brek Duffield from Burley, ID
If you work in medical office I recommend that you purchase this stamp. I place it at the top of a patient's file so that anyone who works with that patient will know immediately that they have a problem with hypertension.
