Goes 722 Stock Certificate

Stock certificates are documents that indicate the holder has a financial stake in a corporation or business. For this reason it is essential to have your documentation printed by the experts who understand the importance of providing a top quality product. The Goes 722 Stock Certificate is green and can be customized with your official wording or have the standard format of Corporate or Company Name, State of Incorporation, Authorized Number of Shares and Two Signature Lines displayed in black text and an eagle picture centered on the 8-1/2" x 15" document. Your minimum order of 25 printed Certificates is available loose or for an additional charge can be bound in a professional hard black binder with the cover stamped "Stock Certificates" in gold or purchase plain without printing.

Long Form Stock Certificates are available both plain (unprinted) or custom printed (Minimum of 25) to include your Company Information on the certificate.

If selecting printed certificates the following options are available for printing.

Legend	Description
A	State of Incorporation: This is typically printed with the State of your incorporation or the state your company was formed
B	Certificate Number: This is what number you would like your certificate to start off with (normally this is starting with number 1)
C	Company Name, Authorized Number of Shares and Par Value: This is where the Company Name is imprinted along with the Authorized Number of Shares and the Par Value of the Shares
D	Company Name: This is where the company name is printed again along with a line that states 'fully paid and non-assessable'
E	Left Signature Line: For the left hand side signature this is typically the Secretary or any other designation you may want
F	Right Signature Line: For the right hand side signature this is typically the president or any other designation you may want

Printed Stock Certificates are sent in a loose format, however we do offer a binding option (pictured below) where the stock certificates are permanently bound in a hardcover book with "Stock Certificates" gold printed on the front of the binder. Available for both printed and unprinted stock certificates.

Par Value is the nominal value of a bond, share of stock, or a coupon as indicated in writing on the document or specified by charter.

Authorized number of shares represents the maximum number of shares that can be issued legally by the company as stated in the company's charter.

Customized Legends and/or additional text or customization may also be printed on the back of the certificate if you desire this please contact us for a quoted price.
