The Basic Desk embosser is designed to produce impressions with less effort than the pocket seal. The desk embosser has a sliding lock mechanism which makes for convenient storage. The Notary Embosser package includes a desk embosser and a self-inking Commission Expiration stamp that reads, "My Commission Expires."
Product Highlights
  • Includes a Custom Engraved Notary Public Seal Embosser
  • Includes a Self-Inking Commission Expiration Stamp
  • Self-Inking Expiration Stamp is available in your choice of 11 Ink Colors
  • Your embosser is guaranteed to meet your state's requirements
  • Seal Impression Area is 1-5/8" in diameter

Many States Require a Notary Impression Seal to be photographically reproducible which requires the use of a Seal Inker in conjunction with your embosser, you may find this here or alternatively select this as an add-on with this package. An embosser by itself is NOT photographically reproducible.

1 of 5 Wrong Ink Color June 2, 2022
Reviewer: Matthew Frampton from North Bend, WA United States
I received the wrong ink color despite putting the correct ink color in the order. When I called to have the right ink color sent I was told I would have to pay for it. I will never use Acorn again nor recommend them to anyone else.

Your original order was for a plain notary stamp with an expiration date stamp.  Since you wanted a custom art seal, your order was changed. We had quoted the new products and specified the ink color that would be on the larger custom stamp with the new order.  We made fulfilled the new order just as it was shown on the approved quote and invoice.  - Acorn Sales

5 of 5 Top-notch customer service February 10, 2020
Reviewer: Tiffany Ribeiro from Providence, RI United States
I placed an order for an embossing notary seal, but was later contacted by customer service saying my state only required an inking seal. The embossing seal was acceptable, but not necessary. Since it was almost $25 more than the inking seal, they wanted to wanted to see which way I'd like to proceed. I am grateful for them reaching out and am very satisfied with self-inking stamp sent to me.

2 of 5 Recent purchase October 2, 2017
Reviewer: Deborah Roberts from Alexandria, VA United States
The Notary Seal Impression Inker is messy and puts too much ink on the notary stamp. Need to make arrangements to return, not happy with it.

The other two products are good

Hi Deborah, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the impression inker.  With an impression inker, you must first get a good raised impression so the ink can adhere to embossed area and not make a mess. Please feel free to contact us about how to get a good impression with the inker or make a return of a stock product. - Acorn Sales
