The Deluxe Corporate Kit is our standard level incorporation kit. Each Corporate Kit is designed to maximize your ability to keep your records, articles, bylaws, minutes and resolutions all together. The Deluxe Corporate Kit includes a customized corporate seal, a set of 15 custom printed stock certificates with stock transfer sheets, a 3 ring corporate minute book with tab indexes, a slip box for the minute book, a stock and transfer ledger, a typeset sheet with company name for spine of minute book.

The printed stock certificates are imprinted with: Corporate (Entity) Name, State of Incorporation, Authorized Number of Shares, Par Value (If Any) and Two Signature Lines - typically the President and Secretary.

Review of Stock Certificate Prior to Shipment	March 22, 2023

I had a question regarding whether I could review a draft copy of the stock certificate (in addition to the corporate seal). Your representative volunteered she would be more than happy to accommodate my request, and arranged for a stock certificate draft to be emailed within a couple of hours. I very much appreciated her courtesy and interest to meet my needs.

I was a little hesitant at first because the price was extremely reasonable. After receiving my kit, I can honestly say I was extremely pleased with what I received. Everything included was of excellent quality. I'll definitely buy from you again.

Deluxe 2001 Corporate Kits	October 19, 2020

I ordered three Deluxe 2001 Corporate Kits and was very disappointed in the quality. Very cheap Corporate Kit and Box. I would not recommend these to anyone. I will never order from ACORN again.
