I included the artwork review option as part of my order because the design was an unusual one. They made the necessary changes to get it exactly as I wanted. Once I approved the design, it was created and shipped to me faster than I expected.

I will definitely use them again for future stamps.

This stamp does not give a clean finish. Very disappointed because it was recommended. Fits nicely in my case however that's all.

Karen, we are sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting a good impression. Slims are pre-inked stamps so you need to press and release. If they are held on the page for too long, they will continue to release ink which can affect the impression quality. Also, please make sure that you are pressing on a hard, flat surface. If you are still having trouble, please let us know as your stamp is under warranty for 180 days. - Acorn Sales.
