This is a necessary stamp in a medical office environment. I recommend using it so that the staff knows to look for paperwork on a living will for any particular patient. It is a professional stamp that works well.

Living Will on File stamp is needed in a medical office or hospital. It's important to understand what a patient's wishes are. This stamp alerts medical staff to look for documents in the patient's file. Stamp works well on pages and file folders.
