This is a stamp that is needed in the medical office. It is amazing how professional a basic office tool can look. It stamps well on patient records which alerts medical staff right away to the patient's wishes.

This is a plain and simple stamp. It works perfectly, stamping out the letters DNR. If requires a separate ink pad which you can easily add to the order. I bought a black ink pad and this stamp.
