I recommend buying self-inking stamps from acorn sales. The stamps are affordable and durable. This stamp makes a bold impression of the word "verified". Choose the ink color that you find is best, I chose red so that it would stand out.

Self-inking stamps are useful and practical. This verified stamp works on printer paper and file folders. It is great for telling others in the office that you have already checked any particular document. I bought this stamp with black ink.
